Our Team

Brenna Botsford
Chief Executive Officer
Brenna has over 37 years of diverse experience in the residential care industry. She grew up working alongside her grandmother and mother in managing residential care homes in California. In 1993, she became a Certified Nurse Aide, transitioning into activity positions within nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Brenna later pursued an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human services with an emphasis on community and social services, focusing on assisting underserved rural populations.
Her career has spanned multiple key positions, including Direct Care Provider, Case Manager, Activities Director, Social Service Aide, HCS residential case manager, APS investigator, RCS AFH licensor, and Education & Support Coordinator for the Adult Family Home Council. Brenna’s broad expertise encompasses operational and regulatory functions, with a particular depth of understanding regarding the complexities of running and managing adult family homes in Washington and other states.
Her ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds has made her a trusted advocate for providers and vulnerable individuals, ensuring their needs are addressed with compassion and efficiency.

Chief Operations Officer
Liz has over seven years of experience in residential care, working across diverse states, settings, and populations. She is deeply committed to improving lives, advocating for individuals in care and the teams that support them. With expertise spanning small community settings to large institutions, Liz brings a well-rounded perspective to addressing unique challenges in care environments.
Known for her exceptional communication skills, Liz fosters collaboration among clinical staff, families, and external partners, creating cohesive teams and better outcomes. Specializing in tailored care plans, she ensures individualized, effective solutions that benefit both residents and staff.
