Refund and Dispute Policy

Effective January 1, 2025

By engaging in services from CareComply Consulting (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Refund Requests

Clients may request refunds in writing within 14 days of payment. Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the nature of the service and the extent of work completed at the time of the request. Refunds for partially completed services will be prorated at our discretion.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, including hourly rate services and licensing application assistance, are non-refundable once initiated.

3. Dispute Resolution Process

Initial Resolution: Clients are encouraged to contact us promptly to address any issues with our services. We aim to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations within 30 days of notification.

Escalation: If a resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

4. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be periodically updated. Any changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
